Abstract:

Krishna will share his use of TFS managing a recent government SCRUM AGILE project, which he used TFS 2008. He was able to answer government audit team questions by showing results through TFS reports. The flexibility of TFS 2010 helps SCRUM CSM and Project Manager alike to manage requirements, change requests, development activities, test cases, defects and deployment through a single tool for a .Net/Java application. We can use process templates to follow either CMMI/Agile methodologies.

By attending this session one will have the following questions answered:

  • I want to improve my current application life cycle management
  • I want a common repository to access all deliverables and manage code throughout development
  • I want to become familiar with TFS
  • I am interested in learning what tools are available to manage SCRUM Agile projects
