You are 120 feet below sea level, it's cold, your air is running low, your dive group is no where to be seen and something dark, 8 feet in length and moving at 30mph just swam underneath you … When your project success is at risk do you have the necessary tools in your Project Management toolkit to get you to the surface and back on track? Biography:

Valis Houston is a "Project Manager for-hire" possessing a broad range of International experience in the software/infrastructure arena with a diverse list of industries under his belt; including Financial Services, eCommerce, Telecomm, Travel/Hospitality, Defense and Consumer Electronics. Valis is PMP Certified, ASQ CSQE Certified, a Six Sigma Green Belt and a published author. With 10 years of experience in Project Management and Software Process Improvement, along with an additional 8 years of military experience, Valis brings a unique blend of leadership and team building skills that is marked by years of hands-on technical "in the trenches" know-how.

He enjoys sharing his lessons with others and teaches part-time at several Universities in the Dallas area.
