Dave Smith is a Consultant who specializes in Stealth Recruiting and Sales/Market Intelligence research mapping. He enables his clients to realize greater productivity while reducing their operating expense regarding lead generation, discovery of new markets as well as sourcing and recruiting strategic, mission critical or difficult to find talent. His primary resource comes from researching free internet sites.
For more than 10 years, Dave has worked at fortune 500 companies like TI where he managed each search as a benchmarked project w/target deliverable. Created and applied market mapping strategies and tools as a recruiting solution by blending Competitive Intelligence Research strategy and market mapping into a Full Life Cycle recruiting process. Build customized search recipes/formulas (Search Logic/Tools/Sites) coupled with soft consultative approach necessary to establish credibility, then integrate into networks where top 10% passive candidates live. Flourish in a space where Ads, Resume Boards and Tradition Agency approaches fall short.
